BRONCO ZINC CHROMATE EPOXY PRIMER
is a zinc rich, corrosion resistant primer with excellent adhesion on a variety of substrates like metal and concrete. It coats and protects G. I. Sheets, bare metal and can be top coated with lacquers, acrylic lacquers, enamels and epoxy enamels. It is highly resistant to solvents, chemicals, acids, and alkalis.

MIXING
Pour all contents of catalyst into Bronco Zinc Chromate Epoxy Primer. Mix product well before using. Scrape bottom of can for settled pigments with a plastic or wood stirrer or stirring rod. Do not over-mix as it may introduce air bubbles into the paint.

REDUCER
Bronco Epoxy Reducer

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For metals with rust, apply Bronco Rust Converter or equivalent product (follow instructions on rust converter label) or you can scuff surface with wire brush or grit 80 to 120 sandpaper. Paint will not adhere well to rust. Apply 1 to 2 coats of zinc chromate epoxy allowing 4 to 6 hours to recoat. Allow to dry overnight before applying desired topcoats such as automotive lacquers, acrylic lacquers, epoxy enamels, or Bronco Rubberized Floor Coat.

To touch    ½ – 1 hour
Tack free    4-6 hours
Hard        24 hours
